A Gift of Forgiveness and Renewal

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a gift of healing and renewal. It allows us to confess our sins, receive God’s mercy, and begin again with a peaceful heart. In Confession, we experience the compassion of Christ, who welcomes us back and helps us to grow stronger in faith.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation brings forgiveness, peace, and renewal. Through it we are reconciled with God and invited to begin again in His mercy.

Times for Confession

At Acton Parish, priests are available for Confession before weekend Masses and during special penitential services at Advent and Lent. Parishioners are encouraged to make regular use of this sacrament — not only when serious sin has occurred, but also as a way of deepening their spiritual life.

Reconciled and Restored

Through repentance and forgiveness, we are reconciled both with God and with one another. The peace we receive in this sacrament reminds us that no sin is greater than God’s mercy.
