The Heart of Our Faith

In the Eucharist we share in the Body and Blood of Christ, uniting us with Him and with one another. It is the heart of parish life and the source of our spiritual strength.

The Eucharist is at the heart of our faith. In receiving Holy Communion, we share in the Body and Blood of Christ and are united more deeply with Him and with one another. The Eucharist nourishes our souls, strengthens our community, and reminds us of God’s love made visible through Jesus’ sacrifice.

Preparation for First Holy Communion

Each year, our parish celebrates First Holy Communion with great joy. Children prepare through school and parish-based programmes, learning about the Mass, the meaning of the Eucharist, and the importance of prayer and participation in Sunday worship.

Family Involvement and Faith in Action

Families are encouraged to be actively involved, attending preparation Masses and supporting their children in living the faith at home. It is a time of grace and family unity, when we are reminded that every Mass is a sacred meal of thanksgiving to God.
